Cancellation Policy

Our clinic has an active waiting list for consultations with all of our practitioners. Please be considerate of others who may be in pain and waiting for an appointment, and of our practitioners whose time is as valuable as yours.

Please note that if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, we ask you to do this no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This is the minimum time we need to fill your consultation time with someone from our waiting list.

If 24 hours notice is not given, you may be liable for the full amount of your consultation.

We also reserve the right to request an upfront booking fee/deposit of 50% of the consultation fee for some appointments.
